Shipping of products

Products purchased on our website will normally be couriered out on the next working day and you will receive them normally within the next 7 working days. In case of delay of delivery due to reasons beyond our control like strike or natural disasters, www.shopnnetwork.com will not be liable.

Please contact us at reach@shopnnetwork.com in case of any issues. Kindly report any breakage of the received products within 24 hours by sending a mail to reach@shopnnetwork.com with the Way bill number of the courier received. Also, send us the damaged product immediately on receipt so that we may decide on resending the product on verification of relevant details. The courier charges for sending the package to us will be reimbursed with an Account payee cheque in the name of the person who purchased the product on our website.

Intimation after 24 hours of the receipt of the product will be considered as breakage due to mishandling of product on the part of the customer, and our website and the courier company will not be liable for the breakage.

Delivery Obligations

Display of products on our website constitutes only an invitation to offer and not an offer from us to sell our products. After receiving payments from a customer for an order, if we are not able to satisfy the order for any reason, our website would contact the customer within 24 hours to notify of the reason and check if the customer wants to get an alternate product of the same invoice value as the original order. If the customer agrees to wait for the original order itself, our website would process the order considering that the customer has completely understood the delivery constraints on our part that caused the delay in delivery. The customer would not be able to ask for an alternate product of the same invoice value, once he has agreed to wait for the original order. Our website would not take liability for any damages that possibly arise from the delayed delivery, in case the customer agreed to wait for the original order itself.
